Adhesive Sprays
Description: 373 High Performance Adhesive is especially formulated to exhibit fast, aggressive tack with low soak-in for long lasting bonds, on such substrates as foam, cloth, felt, cardboard, and paper.
Description: 393 Headliner, Trim & Laminating Adhesive is formulated to bond substrates
that require either high bond strength and/or need elevated temperature
resistance. TSI 90 also exhibits excellent green strength and water resistance.
Lubricants/Maintenance
Description: TSI 100 Heavy Duty 6% Silicone Lubricant & Release Agent is a high solids
(6%) blend of medium and high viscosity silicone fluids. It leaves a colorless, tenacious
wet film when applied and is recommended for difficult release applications
(rubber molding) as well as a lubricant for rubber or applications where high
friction may be encountered.
Release Agents
Description: TSI 1680 is an economical 3% silicone mold release agent. It is recommended
for injection, RIM, rotational molders, as well as extruders and vacuum formers.
This product can be used with all common resins. Not recommended where painting,
metalizing, or bonding of components may be required.
Description: TSI 1780 is an economical and fast evaporating paintable release agent. It can
be used for all thermoplastic resins and waxes where post decorating is required
of parts being molded. This product should not interfere with painting, hot stamping,
gluing, or vacuum metalizing.
Cleaner/Degreaser
Description: TSI 22/80 CITRUS CLEANER can be used as a degreaser and adhesive remover
on many substrates. It is noncorrosive, has a pleasant citrus scent, removes
adhesives, oil stains, road tar, rubber marks, decals, stickers, heel marks, graffiti,
lipstick, release agents, soap films, and degreases equipment. It is recommended
for use where chlorinated solvents cannot be used.
3M™Tapes
Description: Unlike mechanical fasteners, 3M™VHB Tapes distributes
stress so thinner, light-weight material can be used.
Unique acrylic foam construction seals against moisture
and most solvents, provides UV and impact resistance, and
conforms for better void filling. In bonding clear glass steps to a varnish
steel frame, clear 3M™VHB Tapes virtually disappear for
architectural effect.

Description: An aerosol surface preparation intended to increase the bond of pressure

and works with most pressure sensitive tapes.
